Panel Schedule Template Excel

Panel Schedule Template Excel - I searched but nothing came up that just had the info you need. One panel that i did came out to about 8 1/2x11 for a 42 cct panel, but there is a fair amount of detail on it. I primarily use excel, but if they were pdf in flavor, i could hand write in the info. I tried making one in excel and it. It works great, i even started keeping some blanks i printed out so if i'm adding a circuit to something that doesn't have a panel schedule(or a mutilated one) i can fill one out in the field and not have to return for a one day job. Actually i made this as a template that is fillable by anyone if you have a cad program or ms excel. I then print out my panel schedule on index card stock using a template i made on excel. When i built my first excel template i set it up to fit inside of the laminated schedule holder on a cutler hammer prl1. If you print this out on 100 bond and select 60% size it will fit in the plastic envelope. One of the templates i built was one for cutler hammer that fit in the slot on the door perfectly.

All the fields are selectable and fillable (even the center bottom for company info). Looking for a 3 phase panel schedule template that i can print off and write in the description of what the circuit is energizing and when done, type it in and print off a finished copy to place in the panel. It works great, i even started keeping some blanks i printed out so if i'm adding a circuit to something that doesn't have a panel schedule(or a mutilated one) i can fill one out in the field and not have to return for a one day job. I have kept the same same size ever since. Build a template on excel. Most of the ones i do now i laminate and either tape it to the door, or punch a hole in it.
